Usual western woods have become so widely used in the past few years that it made all houses look "alike". In fact, you could even have any photograph under your feet (if the floor manufacturer actually allowed that). So, having any exotic texture isn't a real problem. Having a bamboo laminate floor (or any other exotic, or endangered wood species) laminate floor is just a matter of changing the "photograph" under the top protective layer. (Just so you know: you can even find laminate floors looking like ceramic tiles).

Whether if you're using it for your entire house or just for a particular room, selecting a bamboo laminate floor will be a refreshing change from the common floors you can find everywhere. Being so easy to install, and replace, you can even dare to choose an even more exotic look for you room, knowing that you could easily afford to change it again in a few months time if it didn't work out as well as you'd have expected.
